ANDREAS MANOR HOUSE AND ESTATE
Andreas Manor House and Estate is the perfect location for an intimate wedding or celebration. The venue can cater for up to 70 guests and has the potential to host a formal sit down dinner or a more relaxed cocktail party.
Should you be considering the venue for your wedding then upon arrival, guests can be welcomed with a glass of bubbly while enjoying the view of the magnificent Manor House and rolling lawns. The ceremony can take place on the lawn under the large pine trees or in the paved courtyard (depending on guest numbers).
Predrinks can then take place on the lawn area closest to the ceremony where guests can enjoy a combination of canapes and delicious treats from the harvest table. Our well trained staff will be on hand to assist in ushering and serving guests; and the barmen will ensure that glasses are kept full at all times. We do accommodate special requests like a signature cocktail, craft beers or a gin station. This will give your guests to relax and mingle while appreciating the beauty of the venue.
The reception can be held on the lawn in the front of the Manor House or on the veranda (depending on guest numbers), a long family style table can be set up in the middle of the garden with bistro lights strung above the table to create that magical ambiance for the night. The dancefloor can also be situated outside on the grass or indoors in the dining area – a dance floor will need to be brought in to protect the lawn or the wooden floors in the house.

Should you be considering the venue for an event or personal celebration then the garden can be filled with cocktail and lounge furniture and guests can mingle freely while enjoy canapés, bowl food and chilled drinks. There is also a possibility of doing a cocktail area for arrival of guests and then the main ‘party/event’ area to be on the lawn area in the front of the Manor House.
The dedicated venue manager will be onsite during the duration of your function and will be happy to assist where needed. The catering, bar and staff will be done through the venue – we work with many professional suppliers and will be happy to make recommendations if needed.
